In the beginning of the diet plan, you would be allowed to eat anything you wish. This is done for two days, and you would already be taking your HCG by then.
The next part of the diet would be strictly limited. You should limit yourself to 500 calories per day. Just think of the amount of money you would be saving when you are eating as little as possible. This is when you will see that your figure is getting slimmer and sexier as time passes.
