People often say that life is like a market; there would be a lot of other people vying for what you wanted, and if you’re not quick enough, others may snatch that opportunity from you. That is why to get what we wanted the most in life, we often would have to go beyond our capabilities, our limits. Transcending beyond what is expected of ourselves is probably the best process we can personally grow. As we strive to succeed and reach our dreams, we are urging ourselves to become wiser, stronger and a lot better so that we may have what it takes to bear even bigger challenges. The good things in life are rarely served on a silver platter; no one did say that the whole process would be a smooth sailing. Transcending your limits is like heading straight to the sea of hardships, responsibilities and problems. Most people who’ve tried to plunge were not able to bear such burdens and quit not long after. They do not understand that reaching their dreams means never giving up. Sure that there is not real way for us to know just how far or near we are in achieving our dreams, but to continue on reaching for it will not only mean that you have the courage and persistence but also that you do deserve to get it. The things you want are the things that require the most efforts. There are no shortcuts, no easy way to have it. Your dreams, ambitions and goal are pretty much the same thing. You must be able to work hard in order to make them a reality. Think of all the successful people out there. None of them ever attained success, fame or power overnight. rnI, for one, am longing to be a part of those elite, successful people. But knowing that to be so would require me to work harder and endure a lot more hardships. But I take on these challenges willingly, knowing for a fact that this is the path of many great leaders, successful people. One of whom gives me the courage to pursue my dreams. The person which I’m referring to is none other than Andreas Roell. Andreas Roell is the chairman and CEO of the company he co-founded, Geary Interactive. Under the leadership of Roell, Geary Interactive was named as the Number One Advertising Agency in San Diego by the San Diego Business Journal. It has also been recently featured in the Wall Street Journal for its innovative client engagement structures. His rise to the top was never an easy one. Roell underwent plenty of hardships and struggles which he was grateful for as it gave him the experiences needed in becoming the president and CEO of Geary Interactive. Some responsibilities that gave him the needed experience is becoming the former governor of the AAF’s South Western Region and a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s (IAB) online lead generation board. Success stories like that of Andreas Roell give us plenty of hope that amidst the struggles we are facing at this moment, success is not too far away.
