Healing Foot Bath Home Spa Recipe with Essential Oil To heal & restore body, mind & soul

You can achieve outstanding results for your body, mind, and soul with this relaxing and rejuvenating foot soak (hot or cool as desired). Preparation – what you will need:
  • Foot bath or basin for foot bath
  • 1/2 cup favorite carrier
    • Use one or more of the recommended pure essential oils or a blend of these oils for outstanding results: Sea salt – cleansing/purifying Honey – soothing/softening Cream – grounding/softening
  • 1-6 drops pure essential oil
  • Sterilized instrument such as a stainless steel teaspoon

  • Add 1-6 drops of your chosen pure essential oil or blend to your carrier and blend together thoroughly.
  • Fill your foot bath with hot or cool water as desired.
  • Add your healing aromatherapy blend into your foot bath waters and thoroughly mix them into the water.
