“Healing the Worlds Challenges”

Right now we have nations fighting with one another, and we have states fighting with one another, and we also have communities in turmoil— here is a simple solution to all of this.

Peace starts when we become peaceful and loving. How can we be peaceful and kind towards others when we don’t allow ourselves to be peaceful and kind towards the one we see in the mirror? It’s impossible! There is an old saying “Charity Begins at Home” and that is so true. It’s important to learn to love who we are, and listen to the still small voice and know that we are doing everything that our Higher Power is instructing us to do.

But most have shut out that still small voice and only listen to the voice that focus solely on pleasure. Take for instance a person who is a diabetic and who love sweets, and they keep eating sweets until they are taking 3 or 4 insulin injections a day and 4 or 5 medications daily. They know deep down in their heart that they need to stop eating sweets, yet they do it anyway. Is this being loving and kind to the one we see in the mirror?

I know what you are going to say, it’s hard to do, not everyone has willpower. But the truth of the matter is we all have willpower, and it takes will power to eat sweets all day long. To move our fingers just to pick up a pencil takes willpower. It’s only that we focus our willpower on things that are not in our best interest. But if everyone in the world would listen to the still small voice and heed that message. And use their willpower to make their lives better, and the lives of everyone around them better… the world would be a totally different place.

This is not rocket science, the great sages of old have been talking about this for ages. This is exactly what Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, and hundreds of other great saints have come to tell us. The question is are we willing to listen.
For that to happen there needs to be a rebirth. A rebirth of what we feel deep down our heart, to the point that we only do that which is good for the one we see in the mirror and everyone else.
