How to tell if Heart attack is occurringr

Many people across the world suffer from heart problems which include strokes, valve dysfunctions, cardiac arrest, and heart attacks. Heart attacks and other common heart problems occur because of the unhealthy lifestyle, and blood supply failure through our body. Mainly, heart attack is caused by a failure of a muscle from the heart that does not get enough blood supply. This can happen when certain arteries are blocked by clots in the way of the blood passing through way. The medical term used for heart attack is coronary thrombosis.

Common symptoms of a heart attack or cardiac arrest includes:

  • Chest pain: discomfort in the chest area lasting more than usual for a couple of minutes. It may come and go. - Upper body pain: pain exceeding from chest to upper parts of the body, like arm shoulder, jaw, teeth, and back. - Stomach pain: sharp abdominal pain, you may feel symptoms of heartbu
  • Shortness of breath: chest pain and discomfort will lead you in to trying to breathe heavily
  • Anxiety: you feel anxious and feel like you are having a panic attack
  • Lightheadedness: you may feel dizzy and lightheaded. You can even pass out during this. - Sweating: sweating in clod and clammy skin. - Nausea and vomiting: you may feel nauseous and feel the urge to vomit.

Sometimes heart attacks start out with minor pain and we are not aware of it. Often people feel that they are tough and just ignore the pain and the burning heart like feeling and take pain killers and rest. This is not good because feeling like this can be life-threatening and no one wants to risk their life. Therefore, seeking medical attention right away is required as it can save your life if diagnosed early.

How to prevent a heart attack in the future:

  • Avoid smoking cigarettes and tobacco will help in the long run as both elements are classified as drugs and can increase the risk of heart attacks and other life-threatening factors. Smoking causes narrowing of the arteries, making it hard for blood to passes throughout the body causing frequent numbness of arms, legs and feet.
  • Exercising for about 30 minutes a day is advised to people of all ages as it can help burn the “bad” fat stored in your body, and help the blood pump blood faster and in a healthier manner.
  • Eating a heart healthy diet meaning staying away from fried foods and foods with high sodium and sugar can be beneficial to a long and a heart healthy life.
  • Maintaining a healthy weight and keeping yourself active can also prevent heart diseases.
  • Following up with the doctor can be beneficial to your health as the doctor can give health related advice suitable and beneficial for you. Therefore, getting regular health screenings are suggested.

  • Never take any medication with cold water.
  • Avoid eating heavy meals after 5pm.
  • Go to bed early.
  • Do not sleep after eating.
  • Answer phone calls from the left ear.
  • When your phone battery is low, avoid taking any phone calls as radiation is 1000 times stronger and harmful.
