Health benefits weight loss in so many ways. First of all I would like to point out that there are serious health risks of being overweight, the more in obesity. Obesity is associated with several health risk and issues. If obesity will not be treated this can cause serious, take note “serious heart disease and stroke”, that could lead to disability or sometimes even death to most men and women in America.

The very common is heart attack, heart disease and stroke. Overweight or obesity can case high blood pressure that will mostly likely cause heart attack and stroke. Now what is high blood pressure? Let us first know these terms because having the knowledge on these things is very important. The force of blood pushing against blood vessel is known as blood pressure. The heart is responsible in pumping blood into the arteries or blood vessel, and these blood vessels carry the blood throughout the body. Hypertension is another term for high blood pressure, is very dangerous most especially for overweight people because it forces the heart to work harder to pump blood to the body. This can also cause hardening of the arteries or atherosclerosis and the development of heart failure.

For us to determine if we have a high blood pressure, let us take note of the several categories of blood pressure; agree
• If the blood pressure is less than 120/80, it is considered normal
• If it is 120-139/80-89, it is categorized as Prehypertension
• If it is 140-159/90-99, it is categorized as stage 1 high blood pressure
• If it is 160 and above/100 and above it is categorized as stage 2 high blood pressurer
If your blood pressure is above the normal, it is best to consult your doctor. There are methods of lowering it base on what is suitable for you. High blood pressure has many factors and being overweight and obese is already one of those many factors.

It has been observed that there is a an improvement in blood pressure and other risk factors for coronary heart disease for people who were in there weight loss goal. Also, a recent study have reported that there is a substantial decrease in the number of diabetes cases for people who have gone their way to weight loss.
The impact of weight loss can greatly affect the health.
