Last decade has seen a dramatic shift in western world in terms of occurance of diseases. Althjough the trend can be seen from past 3 decads yet last decade has exemplified the figures. This shift is from infectious diseases to degenerative diseases. Infectious diseases have been brought under control significantly by public health measures like: Improvement in living conditionsrnHousingrnWater and sanitationrnClean air.rnProper disposal of medical wasternEducation Also,quarantine of infected has also helped us to ward off these diseases. Increase in the standard of living has also helped. So what is affecting prople now a days that prevents them from living a healthy life? Answer is : Degenerative diseases Degenerative diseases are increasing day by day and can't be resolved by the above factors. These generally arise from small beginnings and can grow tremendously to a level where most of the population is affected. For us to have good healthy living, we need to implement sweeping changes in medical education and public awareness, along with changes in food and agriculture. Government policies may also help in this regard. What are the things that you need to care about to be healthy ? Good food : Food is one of the best ways to increase the chances of remaining healthy. Taking a nutritious food diet,eating food in its natural unprocessed state helps to strengthen the immune system. You might already have raw food as a part of your diet. If you snack on fruits and vegetables or eat salad with food (without cooking), then you already have raw food in your diet chart. Raw food is better for you because the act of processing the food deprive it from a lot of its vital nutrients. Some Pharmaceutical companies actually use natural resources to come up with cures for diseases. Since raw foods are rich source of vitamins, minerals and food enzymes, they should have a place in our eating habits. If you want to feel great,live healthy and keep a great figure, you need to have a list of healthy eating recipes in hand. The most effective way to do this is to keep a list of super foods like sacha inchi close by and try to include them in your menu. You would like to have food rich in natural nutrients, low calorie, high protein, non processed. Laughter Remaining happy is the key to good health.If you are happy, you are likely to be healthy too.You should include every aspect of your body's health. Your priorities should be your diet and happiness. Make effort to leave out fatty and processed foods. If you can't help it though, eat as little of it as possible.You will also enjoy your life more if you try to have a strong, fit, and healthy body. A good Laugh helps to release those bad and distressful emotions that cause harmful chemical effects on the body.
