In order to maintain a healthy state of living, one of the main requirements is to consume the right type of food. Diet plays a very vital role in ensuring that the person doesn't put on excess weight. Many people think that by going to fitness centers they would be able to reduce their weight and then eat anything they want. In order to have a good health, one has to live, breathe and eat naturally.

Eating natural food for better health

With the advent of processed and readily available over the shelf foods, Youngsters have lost interest in taking raw vegetables and fruits. Raw vegetables and fruits are the purest natural form of food that one could expect to get. They contain a variety of minerals, Vitamins and proteins that are required for maintain the required energy levels and also prevent the accumulation of fat. They help the person to maintain good health conditions. Drinking fresh fruit juices without adding sugar along with a bowl of vegetable and fruit salads would be an excellent way to start your day. During the lunch hours, one could include nut varieties to the vegetable salad and then consume it. Having a glass of diluted buttermilk after a bowl of vegetable salad would help in keeping your bowel functioning normally. Instead of having Fries and Muffins for snacks, one should have a bowl of fruits during the evening hours. Milk is not a natural source of food and has to be consumed only once in a day. Green tea is a better option than consuming coffee or tea.

Many people think that the only way to live in this world is by accumulating more and more money. For doing this, they spend their entire energy and devout more than 50% of the time of the day on it. In order to get treated they go in search of medical care giver and take the medicines prescribed by them. Instead, one could choose to lead a peaceful life by learning to relax naturally. This is where the relaxation techniques like Meditation come in to the picture. Meditation helps the person to calm down by releasing the stresses that have got accumulated over a period of time. By dedicating some time to do meditation on a regular basis, one could completely avoid going to the medical care provider. The different systems in the body including the respiratory, nervous and digestive systems start functioning normally without getting disturbed. Similarly there are natural forms of antiseptics that are available in the form of sandal and turmeric to be used for treating skin problems.

Due to the hectic personal and professional work, some people forget to breathe naturally. They feel that the breathing technique they use is the right one. But when one sees it closely, the breathing pattern won't be normal and person would be using the mouth and lungs alte
