Breakfast is clearly the most important meal for your entire day, and is even more so if you want to lose weight! Breakfast provides your body with the essential nutrients, and kick starts your metabolism so that you will be able to start burning more calories and fats right after you wake up, early in the morning!

Research has also shown that what you take for breakfast will have a rather big influence on what you take for the rest of the day.

Additionally, people who take breakfast are actually less likely to be overweight and have diabetes versus people who do not take breakfast.

Some people may be too busy or do not feel hungry in the morning. If you are one of these people, read on. At least one of the following breakfast ideas should be able to fit into your lifestyle and help you achieve your fat loss goals!

First of all, you can take sliced banana which is coated with several spoonfuls of sugar-free muesli. If you want to, you can also add in a tablespoon of almond milk to this, making it even nicer tasting!

The next breakfast idea will be to chop up several pieces of fresh fruits and add in yogurt and a little bit of cinnamon to them. This will serve as a high fiber and high protein breakfast, helping you to lower the chances of over eating and help build lean muscle mass!

Next, you may want to start taking green tea in the morning instead of taking the usual coffee just like every one else does. Studies have shown that by taking green tea as your choice of beverage early in the morning, your metabolic rate is increased, and it will also provide you with protection against potential heart diseases.

Taking eggs instead of taking toast and bread will be more effective in helping you to lose more weight. You should use organic eggs for this purpose. They are only slightly more expensive than regular eggs, but they are much higher in omega 3 fatty acids content! You can either take them poached, scrambled or boiled!

Next, you may want to take a heart healthy sandwich filled with avocado, cucumbers and tomatoes in it!

For days where you are already running late for work or school, you may want to simply grab an apple and go!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and is especially the case if losing weight is your goal. Make sure to take a healthy and nutritious breakfast each and every single day!
