As a busy person who struggles to keep thin and energetic, I am a firm believe
in the principle of dinner recipes healthy quick and easy. After all, if cooked dinner recipes healthy takes time and effort after a busy day of work, the temptation to just order in pizza is hard to resist. I have better things to do with my time than the slaves in the kitchen without. Whenever I meet healthy dinner recipes you can prepare in 30 minutes or less, always cut out and keep adding to my arsenal. In this article, I share two healthy dinner recipes that are tasty, but in less than 30 minutes to do.
Avocado salad with sautéed meat
12 ounces beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 / 2 cup shredded cheese cripple
1 / 2 cup chopped cilantro
1 / 2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
About 1 1 / 4 teaspoon chile powder, depending on your preferences
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
A poblano, thinly sliced
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 diced avocado
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine lemon juice and chile powder in a bowl. Pour over the meat and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil and saute the onion, poblano pepper and five minutes.
3. Add marinated meat stir-fry the vegetables and cook for three or four minutes. Season the sauce with a little salt and pepper.
To make the avocado salad that accompanies meat, simply combine beans, avocado, cheese, cilantro and mix with a little lemon juice and chile powder. Serve the salad as garnish, along with some warm tortillas.
Grilled salmon spicy cilantro cream
4 pieces of skinless salmon fillets
1 1 / 2 cup corn kernels
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 poblano pepper, thinly sliced
1 / 4 small red onion, chopped
1 / 3 cup light cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chile powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
3 teaspoons olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray some nonstick cooking spray 2 large baking sheets.
2. In a baking dish small, mix half the lemon juice and half the olive oil with garlic, chile powder and cumin. Add salmon and coat both sides. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine corn, bell pepper, poblano pepper and onion with the remaining olive oil. Spread mixture on a baking sheets.
4. Remove salmon from marinade and arrange on the baking sheet seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Let baking sheets roast for about 8 to 10 minutes at this time the salmon should be cooked through, while vegetables are tender.
6. Mix sour cream with a little cilantro and lemon juice. Serve the salmon fillets with vegetables and sprinkle the cilantro cream over the fish.
