Healthy Eating is something that everybody needs. It is essential towards having good general health. Remember though that despite fat being an energy giving nutrient, you should not consume too much. Excessive fat intake can cause very serious health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Follow the golden rule of moderation.
