What is lean body mass (LBM)? Here I want to tell that lean body mass is include of everything in your body except body fat. Your lean body mass contains such as organs, blood, bones, muscle, skin and etc. A simply lean body mass formula is, Lean Body Mass (LBM) = Your Body Weight – (Your Body Weight x Your Body Fat %). Lean Body Mass is the weight of the body not including fat. Don't believe that your aim should be the same as your lean body mass - it shouldn't, you would be dead if you reached that aim.
