Bananas: Bananas contain potassium and hence improve blood circulation and are vital for the proper function of digestive and muscular systems. They are rich in fibre which makes you feel full for a longer period. Bananas can be enjoyed just like that or you can add a little peanut butter for a savoury and sweet snack. This healthy food is a great choice for breakfast along with cereal, yogurt.
