Ayurvedic principles state that a person is composed of three doshas or basic forces of life energy. These doshas live in harmony and balance with the other, but when something upsets the balance, problems occur, treatment in Ayurveda is different from our usual way. ative medicines, the physiological cause of this problem is. Ayuverdic In medicine, treatments are aimed at restoring the balance of the doshas. How? One is through the diet Ayurveda.
Ayurveda diet can be done by everyone. It requires a certain age, or limited to people with health problems. Depending on what type of dosha you have and what is causing the imbalance dosha, diet can be modified to restore balance. Wait. Maybe you're thinking, "I thought three doshas live in harmony?" Yes you are right. But one of the doshas is more dominant with each other as this determines the type of personality. Step practitioners Ayuverdic first is whether you are a Vatta, Kapha, Pitta or after where you are having with the imbalance. From there, it could formulate a treatment plan for you. The following are tips you can use if you want to introduce and gradually in the diet Ayuverdic your lifestyle:
* Start with replacing the contents of your refrigerator. Replace processed foods with new and healthy.
* Go for foods that suit your dosha.
* To promote the balance of Vata, sweet, salty, bitter foods, heavy, oily, hot and is recommended. Examples of good foods for you are chicken, almonds, bananas, lemons, cucumbers, potatoes and rice.
* To balance Pitta, the cold, strong, sweet, dry and bitter is good. Examples of recommended foods are watermelon, mangoes, broccoli, barley, rice, cheese and fresh water fish.
* When it comes to balancing Kapha, go for foods that are punget, light, dry heat, and bitter. Examples of Kapha diet foods are garlic, eggplant, butter, and ginger.
* Add the herbs and spices. If it does, aid in digestion and cleansing your body.
* Always include at least a minimum amount of each of the basic tastes. These are astringent, pungent, salty, sour, bitter and sweet.
* When eating, sit in a comfortable place. It is best if eaten in an environment that makes you feel calm.
You see, these basic concepts of Ayurveda diet is easy to do. What else, if a doctor to guide you through these steps? Remember, a healthy diet not only balance your dosha and prevent or cure certain health problems also allow you to live a happier and longer life.
