Usually when people decide to lose weight, you automatically think meat-free diet is the best solution. Replace the difficult to digest foods with more vegetables or digestive juices. While a diet juice supervision should not exceed one week, many of us can safely remove the meat from the diet for an extended period of time without adverse effects on the body. However, there are those who have followed strict vegetarian diets and found that after a while his health deteriorated and did not improve until the meat was introduced to their diets.

It was Dr. Price, who examined the dental health and dietary habits of Indian tribes and found that the healthiest are those who eat meat. Those who ate grains and legumes had massive problems with tooth decay.

It seems that in the short term that can thrive on a vegetarian diet, but in the long term, we need a little animal protein. How long can thrive on a diet without meat before it diminishes our health? Well, nobody knows for sure, but definitely different from person to person.

One factor that can determine if you tolerate the diet without meat or not, may be his blood type. The literature often makes the point that people with blood type well on a vegetarian diet. Indeed, a more accurate message is that people with blood type A requires less animal products less frequently than other blood types. Therefore, if you want to lose weight successfully, they will not all vegetarians, especially if you like to eat meat every day.

It is well known that animal products are the only source of complete protein. This means that they contain all essential amino acids, which are not made in the body and must be supplied through food. All plant foods are low in these amino acids. Legumes and whole grains, by contrast, comes to sources of animal protein and when eaten together, provide the most complete protein profile.

While red meat has lots of energy to digest and therefore should be eaten in moderation, is achieved in zinc and iron. Poultry and fish are always good option, especially if animal products are unattractive to you, because they seem to need a lot of play in our daily diet to maintain health. For weight loss is best to include some meat and vegetables into your weight loss plan diet and eliminate carbohydrates as possible.
