Gain healthy abs through a variety of exercises, because weak abs can create a lot of pain. You need strong abs and back to help support your whole bodyrn.
If you have a weak back or sore neck, think about whether you have weak or strong abs. If you have strong abs, you usually don’t have as many back aches. Strong abs help support your back for good posture helping keep your neck aligned more properly. With weak abs, you tend to ache a lot more. So it’s important for you to exercise now for healthy abs.
AREN’T CRUNCHES ALL YOU NEED TO HAVE HEALTHY ABS?
You must work out your whole body. Each body part helps support the others. Crunches and planks can be helpful, but you need more than that. You need variety to keep your muscles from being bored and to keep them challenged so that they continue to get stronger and healthier.
You need activities that make you stop and start. Increase your speed, slow down and speed up again. This exercises your body, and even you abs and back as you need balance and strength to do this activity. Change directions. Make all of your body work. Sports like basketball, soccer, football, tennis, tag, etc. help with this.
If you prefer, work out at the gym with weights, but don’t take such long breaks in between sets. Even merge the sets together for some extra cardio before you take a very short break before doing the next exercise.
Short 100 yard full out sprints alternated with walking or a slow run is good for you as well. Just be sure to warm up before challenging yourself. The walking or slow run helps your body to recover in time to be ready for the next sprint. It helps you to be ready for possible real life situations.
Do push-ups and pull-ups. They work all of your upper and middle parts of your body. Your abs are telling your body they ready to support your body while you work.
My personal nemesis, lunges and squats are great exercises to work your legs, hips, abs, back and your heart. Make sure to keep your balance so you don’t wobble.
Reverse leg lifts work your stomach and can be a little more challenging than crunches. Use a partner to raise the element of difficulty when they stop or push your legs while you’re working.
Even forward kicks and sidekicks like what you do in cardio kickboxing can certainly work you out. You can do them for five or 10 minutes to warm your muscles up.
WHY SO MANY EXERCISES FOR THE HEALTH OF MY ABS?
You need a variety of exercises to help work the whole body. If you have one body part that is much stronger than the one right next to it, you are more likely to get hurt. Each body part helps the other.
You have many layers to your abs - top, bottom, middle, side and even the back and then some. Everything needs to be in top working order for your health and comfort. Almost everything you do involves your abs and back.
Things like bending or leaning over to pick something up, sitting down, rolling over and getting out of bed, getting and out of a car. Have you ever reached up into the cabinet to get a coffee cup and have your back go out? Ugh. Talk about pain for something so simple.
Doing any of these tasks with really sore stomach muscles or a hurt back is doubly hard. You’ll quickly realize how much you use your different muscles and how important it is to keep your body and especially your abs and back healthy and strong.
YOU SHOULD ALSO CONSIDER THIS
You should work on having good balance and flexibility for good abs health. It is good for your muscles. Simple yoga stretches and balancing exercises will help. Just make sure you listen to your body. Don’t overstretch to avoid pulling your muscles that way.
So the stronger you are, the healthier you will feel and the more you will enjoy life. I hope you realize that it’s important for you to exercise now for healthy abs. Go get started!.
Be healthy,
Renee’

Moving Meditation: How Precision-Based Exercise Supports Mental and Emotional Growth
Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; itâs therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThatâs where precision-based training, such as re
