IntroductionnnThe heart is the center of the cardiovascular system. Through the body's blood vessels, the heart pumps blood to all of the body's cells. The blood carries oxygen, which the cells need. Cardiovascular disease is a group of problems that occur when the heart and blood vessels aren't working the way they should.nnCause of heart diseasennLow red blood cell count (severe anemia)When there aren't enough red blood cells to carry oxygen, the heart tries to move the small number of cells at a faster heart rate. It can become overtaxed from the effort.nnEmotional stress. Emotional stress is generally the kind of stress people are talking about when they refer to stress causing heart disease. “It’s no wonder she died,” you’ll hear people say, “with all the mess he put her through.” But is it true? Did Ed really kill Elsie with all his gambling and drinking and staying out all hours of the night?Everyone – even doctors – have the notion that emotional stress, if it is severe enough or chronic enough, is bad for you. Most even believe that this kind of stress can cause heart disease. But scientific evidence that it actually does so has been hard to come by. nnSecondhand smoke exposure has immediate adverse effects on the cardiovascular system and causes coronary heart disease.nnWork stress Stressed workers suffer a greatly increased risk of heart disease, a study of UK civil servants has found. Stressful jobs have a direct biological impact on the body, the research indicated. The study reported online by the European Heart Journal focused on more than 10,000 British civil servants, part of the ongoing Whitehall II study.nPoor bowel function is an important cause of accumulated fats and toxins on the artery walls. OXY-MEGA colon cleanser will help clean the intestinal tract and help restore normal bowel function.nnToxins can also originate from alcohol poisoning, bacterial, parasites and viral infections. Cleaning the intestinal tract is very important so we can detoxify naturally to avoid heart disease and damage to heart muscle caused by toxins or nutritional disorder.nnTypes of heart diseasennCardiomyopathy means a disease of the heart muscle. It is a condition where the muscle of the heart is abnormal without there being an obvious cause.nnHeart Valve Disease:The heart has two halves, a left and a right each with two chambers - the atrium and the ventricle. In between the chambers are the heart valves which ensure that blood runs in one direction. There are in all four valves in the heart which act like one-way doors. The heart valves open and close with each beat of heart and control the direction of blood flow. The valves can be diseased or damaged due to congenital abnormality, rheumatic fever, infection, or the aging process, there may be disruption of the blood flow through the heart. The leaking of the valves can be due to bacterial infection or inflammation of a valve, excessive floppiness of the leaflets and the enlargement of the heart. When this happens, the heart is forced to work harder, to try to get the oxygen-rich blood to the rest of your body, and you may experience chest pains, shortness of breath, dizziness, become easily fatigued, or experience other symptoms. Mostly, the aortic and mistral valves are most often affected.nnCardiovascular disease: Cardiovascular disease is any of a number of specific diseases that affect the heart itself and/or the blood vessel system, especially the veins and arteries leading to and from the heart.nnLack Of Blood.:The heart relies on a consistent flow of oxygenated blood and smokers often cannot deliver the oxygen to the blood. Blood picks up oxygen in the lungs and if they are filled with smoke and toxins, the blood delivered to the heart may be oxygen deficient, causing one of the types of heart disease, called ischemic heart disease.nnAneurysms:Healthy arteries are flexible and elastic. When an artery becomes damaged, it losses its elasticity. Instead of retaining its smooth cylindrical shape, the artery may develop a bulge, called an aneurysm. Having lost its elasticity and strength the damaged artery may rupture, much like a balloon that has too much air in it.
