Chocolate has such a decadent taste and feel upon your tongue it can be really hard to resist. It may also be that it is better to have the sweet taste at the beginning of the day when your metabolism is high.

Whatever the reasoning might be the result of this study is very interesting for chocoholics. It may well be easier to allow yourself a little chocolate in the morning with breakfast than it is to cut out chocolate altogether. It is definitely worth experimenting with and seeing if this fits in you’re your unique personality and behavior type.
