What are CBD tinctures?
The word 'tincture' refers to all drugs that are stored in alcohol. Although derived from hemp, CBD tinctures are not the same as CBD oil.
CBD is made under 60-70% distilled alcohol. Necessarily, these tinctures are hemp extracts (in liquid form) combined with a mixture of alcohol, glycerin, or cinnamon / peppermint oil. One can consume tinctures in the same trend as CBD oil, that is, sublingual (under the tongue). Unlike CBD oil, tinctures have lower CBD potency. Tinctures have a long shelf life and the dosage varies from user to users. The ratio of CBD in tincture is lower compared to oil. It is mainly due to the addition of other substances to improve the taste.
WHAT IS CBD?
Approximately a total of 60 different cannabinoids can be extracted from the cannabis plant. One of them is CBD, which is a compound that lacks psychoactive properties and that should be differentiated from THC, the compound traditionally associated with recreational marijuana use. CBD, or cannabidiol, is a substance that has innumerable medical uses and can be isolated and distributed in the form of cannabidiol oil, or CBD oil.
Differences Between Hemp Oil, Tencture And CBD Oil?
Many people still confuse CBD oil, tencture and hemp oil, but they are not the same product. Both are types of cannabis oil, but hemp oil is used as a nutritional supplement, while CBD oil is especially valued for its anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory and neurorepair properties. They are also not to be confused with marijuana oil, which is a broader term that can be used to designate various types of oils.
CBD tinctures have a higher bioavailability compared to CBD oil. It is due to the presence of alcohol in tinctures. It serves as a preservative, which improves the longevity of CBD. It can also be cooked with CBD tinctures using water soluble CBD. Ensures even faster recording.
CBD OIL: PROPERTIES
Due to the way it interacts with receptors in the body, this oil has benefits for anxiety, muscle pain, arteries, inflammation, bone growth, and neurological disorders. For all this, its medicinal use has become popular in recent years and is increasingly widespread throughout the world. Some of its advantages are:
Ideal to combat anxiety
Its calming properties are one of the main reasons why more and more people are using CBD oil. Anxiety, anguish or simple stress are some of the behavioral disorders that can be alleviated thanks to its anxiolytic properties. In fact, the months of confinement due to the global pandemic have been accompanied by an increase in its consumption, both as a complement to recover personal well-being and to facilitate coexistence during the tensions of confinement.
Help with falling asleep
Precisely thanks to its anxiolytic properties, the use of CBD oil for sleep is also ideal to combat insomnia. It facilitates a relaxation of the body and mind that induces sleep in a gentle and natural way. Compared to aggressive sleeping pills such as Temazepan or Zolpidem, CBD is a much more pleasant solution and does not present an addictive component, which makes it perfect for occasional consumption and to facilitate drowsiness in specific stages of stress, for For example, during exam periods or in times of high demand at work.
Anti-inflammatory relief
In muscle matters, it is increasingly common to use CBD oil to relieve inflammation, especially in the case of sports injuries, tattoos and surgeries. One of the biggest benefits of this oil is that it not only reduces swelling and pain, but also relaxes the muscles around the affected part and reduces the stress of the injury, helping to heal it. In addition, the anxiolytic effect makes us more calm with respect to the injured part and makes us more prone to rest and to let its healing take its course, which helps to reduce recovery time.
Joint pain relief
In a similar way, joint pain can also be fought thanks to CBD oil, and that is why it is being increasingly used among people with osteoarthritis, even among the elderly. As with muscle inflammations, the properties of the oil reduce stress on the affected joints and consequently further relieve pain and facilitate recovery, especially in cases of sports injuries.
