Pulmonary hypertension is defined as a severe type of high blood pressure that affects the arteries in your lungs and the right side of your heart. In this condition, small arteries present in your lungs called pulmonary arterioles, and capillaries become narrowed, blocked or destroyed that makes the arteries to harder for blood to flow through your lungs and elevate pressure within your lungs arteries. In severe conditions, vessels may also become inflamed and tight. The patient can experience several symptoms, most common of them are shortness of breath, swelling in your legs, ankles, pain in the chest, dizziness, bluish color of the lips, and skin, rapid pulse, etc. In modern pathies, there is no permanent management of this condition, they just gave some of the bronchodilators, high dose of calcium channel blockers, steroids, etc. But in Ayurveda, several herbs are there that work naturally to treat this condition. Navaka guggulu also helps in the reduction of excess fat content in the body naturally and enhances the metabolic rate to reduce the fat for a healthy life. rnRecommended Dosage – Take 2 tablets twice daily before meals. 2. Panchasakar Churna Panchasakar churna is mainly made to detoxify the body as it removes excess ama from the body naturally and regulates the proper functioning of hormones. This is an ayurvedic remedy that mainly consists of five ingredients like Shunti, Haritaki, Pippali, Trivrit, and Sauvarchala lavana. It mainly acts as a Vatakaphahara.
