Here Is The Skinny On Why TEA Is So Important For Us

Tea has often been referred to as natures ‘wonder drug’ and to its healing qualities used for centuries in the Far East and even England. It is the second most widely consumed beverage, second only to water. It is also no secret that in these areas of the world where tea is most consumed, there is also some of the longest life-expectancy rates as well. I could go on and on about the amazing benefits tea has to offer us, but I would like to talk to you about another type of tea. Not the type of tea we drink, but about the true definition of tea and its incredible impact it has on each of our lives.
I came up with an anagram for tea which better suits me and the many people I associate with on a daily basis. Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions are the true meaning for tea. I wouldn’t go as far as getting a copyright for this and stake claim to it if someone else has thought of it prior to me, but it resonated with me and I thought it would be something nice to share with others.
Think before you act. We have all heard that at some point in our lives, whether it was from a parent, teacher, or perhaps a coach. The truth of the matter is that it is impossible to act before thinking. Thinking always comes first in every situation. There is no exception. People who act on something or anything and have not so favorable results are often told to think before they act. If these people have seemingly not thought before acting and they have had positive or negative results, then some thinking had to have taken place at some point prior to their immediate undertaking of action. Perhaps the sub-conscious mind which we know is strengthened and influenced by the conscious mind by the majority of thoughts it engages in on a daily basis.
Do not worry because I have purposely skipped over emotion. You see, our emotions are one hundred percent a result of our thoughts. These thoughts could be from either the conscious or sub-conscious mind, it really doesn’t matter. If we are constantly thinking of positive things, we will feel happy emotions. If we are constantly thinking of negative things then we will feel stressful emotions.
Our thoughts create our emotions and our emotions dictate our action. It really is that simple when you break it down. Think about a personal scenario in your life when you were feeling stressed and your actions reflected exactly what you were feeling. The simple solution would be to work on improving your thoughts and not just at particular parts of your day but throughout your entire life as a whole. It is vital to work on these positive thoughts on a daily basis because we must remove the layers of less favorable thought processes we have imbedded over the years in our sub-conscious minds. We are all products of our past upbringing, to the people we most acquainted with, and to the surroundings we were in and are in now.
So we hear it again, we are all products of our very own thoughts and we can change our life and its direction with making gradual changes to our thoughts. We will always have better results in life when we’re making decisions and actions while feeling great and happy as opposed to feeling stressed. Each morning when you get up, be sure to remember your TEA
