The MOU between these two companies was assisted by Sahara Next which is the IT and Telecom Infrastructure Company of the Sahara India Pariwar. According to this collaboration, BSNL will meet all the telecommunication requirements of the residents of 217 townships of Sahara City Homes by bringing the latest telecom infrastructure. According to Subrata Roy Sahara the objective of this collaboration is to provide full gamut of telecom facilities and services to all the residents of Sahara City Homes Townships across India. BSNL hi tech and basic telephonic facilities that will be provided by BSNL at Sahara City Homes Township are broadband services, mobile telephony, data devices, internet services, VSAT services, WiFi, WiMax and mobile telephony. BSNL will also provide competitive tariffs, bill collection facilities and other favored customer benefits to the residents of Sahara City Homes Townships.
