The abbreviation IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient it is a measurement of intelligence and is expressed in numbers, a person undergoes many standardized tests to measure the intelligence levels of individuals. Estimating someone’s IQ necessarily may not be accurate even if they are good markers for cognitive skills such as mathematical ability and logical reasoning. Here is the list of people who have highest possible IQ. 1. He now lectures astrophysics in the CIT in the United States. 5. KIM UNG YONG: He is civil engineer with a verified IQ of 210.
