The only thing is, it doesn't exactly taste great but you can sweeten it up with a little bit of honey and add it to a glass of water to dilute it and make it easier to get down. One last thing, on the topic of water, drink lots of it. Your body needs it. 5 to 8 glasses a day depending on your body weight.
