In women's life menopause is the time when her period stops. It is normal part of aging. The levels of female harmones can go up and down in the year before and during menopause. Do not give to children under the age of 18 years as the safety of drugs has not yet been established.

Do not use Prempro if you are pregnant as it may causes birth defects. If you are taking medicines like Tegretol, Solfoton, Rimactane, Nizoral, Antibiotics, Carbamazepine, Rifadin, Norvir, Sporanox and Erythromycin, inform your doctor about this as all there mentioned medicine may interact with the medicine. Store this medicine in dry place away from light, heat and moisture. Keep Prempro at room temperatue. Keep this medicine away from the reach of the children and pet.
