This is why house rent becomes a popular business nowadays for the businessman. The landlords want to let their house to the tenants for rent and they want to make money.

The tenants prefer rented house because it does not have any maintenance hazard. The rental house is much desired by the tenants. Rental house is preferred by the tenants because it is the most convenient feature for the tenants who are engaged in the transferable job.
They prefer rental house for dwelling because they can change their accommodation instantly as per their need. They want to reside in the rental house.
