Naturally we all want whats best for our baby, and we plan as much as possible to make sure we give them the very best in life. Your baby name is sometimes one of the biggest over looked parts of your pregnancy. You focus all your time and effort on getting all the essentials you need, such as nursery furniture, baby clothing, bottles and so on that you leave little time to think about that baby name.rnParents will often pick a baby name that they purely like the sound of. In some cases this can be very bad, as you will see throughout this article.rnI have known parents that have chosen a name at an early stage of their pregnancy only to change it once the baby has been born. This is because the name doesn't fit the babys looks. We have all heard the sayings at some point, "you don't look like a (certain name)" or you don't look like i imagined you to. Sounds bonkers right??? Dont worry it has me confuffled too and im writing this! So always chose a hand full of baby names that you can pick what matches your baby best.rnThe next problem when naming a baby is parents don't consider what the name sounds like when added to the surname! This can be the biggest problem and sure enough, it caught me out!rnI named my son Daulton and our surname is Rain! When you put the first name initial with the surname you get DRAIN. Holy smokes :SrnThats not the worst though! Some people actually don't consider what "words their first and last name sound like when said together". This is by far one of the worst mistakes when naming your baby. There is some examples of disaster names below! Although they sound funny to us, consider how the person living with these names must feel!rnAnna SasinrnAnne TeakrnAnnette CurtainrnBarry CadernBill DingrnBrock LeernCam PaynernChris CrossrnChris PeacockrnDoug GravesrnYou get it right??rnWhen said together they sound really silly! Not something you want your precious little one to live with for their entire life!.rnSo my advice to you is, research your baby names thoroughly, find out the meanings, origins, check what nicknames are linked to that baby name, say the first name and last name together to make sure it doesn't say anything silly and always have multiple names to chose, as your chosen name might not match your baby!
