You know when you are constipated. You feel bloated. You've sat in the washroom and waited and waited. You feel cramped and uncomfortable. When you're constipated you don't want to eat and you definitely don't want to participate in any physical activities. There is a cure. You are one of the many people in the world who suffer from constipation. You don't need to be frustrated any longer. By following these steps and using these three home remedies for getting regular, you'll be leaving the washroom with a smile on your face more regularly. And if you keep up with these tips on a regular basis, you'll never have to suffer through discomfort like this again. 1) Eat high fiber fruits and vegetables daily. Fiber is one of the main reasons you aren't regular. If you want to get your body back in motion and keep it that way you need to ensure you are eating fresh fruits and vegetables as often as possible. Make sure every meal has at least two or three portions of vegetables or fruits. These need to be fresh and raw to ensure you get the maximum amount of fiber and minerals possible. Some of the vegetables with the highest levels of fiber that you need to start including in your diet are cabbage, broccoli and spinach. Fruits that are high in fiber include apples, ripe bananas and rhubarb. 2) Cut out as many processed grains as you can from your diet. Anything bleached has so much less fiber in it than natural whole grains that haven't been processed. This is an easy step that can really help your body get the nutrients it needs to flush our your system naturally. There are many switches you can easily do at home. Instead of white bread, go for a multi-grain, or flax bread. With your bread, the fresher and more rich in nuts and seeds, the better it is for you. The same goes for rice. Instead of instant or white rice, try an ancient grain or brown multigrain rice. You can also switch to whole-wheat flour for baking rather than white and cut out over processed cereal by having oatmeal or bran every morning. 3) Beef up on your knowledge of beans. Proteins like chicken and fish don't contain any fiber whatsoever. Now, this isn't to say that you need to cut out your meats to be regular. Instead, just have a vegetarian meal with beans as the main protein every now and then, or add a bean side dish to your meal, like a bean salad or lentil soup. Beans are great because they are extremely good for your heart, and provide a great amount of natural sugar-free fiber into your diet. Don't give up on your body. If you are uncomfortable, you need to make changes. And with this advice, you have no more excuses. A few simple changes can go a long way and make all the difference in your mood, your regularity and your sex life. Follow these three tips and get regular sooner.
