To remove negative energy and make yourself spiritually positive, you will need to introduce yourself to Akram Vignan, the spiritual science, and imbibe it in your life. rnThrough Akram Vignan, first of all, ignorance of the Self is removed through Self-Realisation, which paves the path of the spiritually positive. Thereafter, with the right understanding, the negative intellect, from where the negative energy emerges, slowly starts to dissolve. rnSo, the first thing is you have to come out of ignorance of your real Self. Currently, you believe yourself to be something which you are not! rnFor example, if someone asks you, “Who are you?”, what will you say? “I am John (please insert your name here)”rnThen you say, “My name is John.” rnSo are you really John or is your name John?” rnYour name is John. This means you are separate from John. Just like, when you say, ‘this is my house’, you are separate from the house, or ‘this is my car’ implies you are separate from the car. ‘My’ implies ‘belonging’. So it means the owner (of the belonging) must be separate. When you say, ‘This is my car’, you are not a car, you are the owner of the car. Similarly, my hands, my legs, my head, my body… who is saying all of this? That ‘I’ has to be realised, that is the biggest ignorance that one needs to get rid of. rnThis can happen only through Self-realisation.rnIn Akram Vignan, one gains Self-Realisation, ‘I am a pure Soul, separate from the body complex. The mind, speech, body, ego, intellect, etc. are that of John and I am really a pure Soul. Once this knowledge has been attained, the beginning of negative energy starts to dissipate and one’s positive spiritual growth begins. The negative energy stems from wrong visionrnBefore Self-realisation, we saw the world and the people in it at fault, and this increased negative energy. After Self-Realization, we understand that it is our ego and our intellect that makes us think, “This person is bad. That person is wrong. I am good, but the world is bad.” In all of these, I am separate and impartial. Negativity is actually a result of wrong vision of ours, which changes upon the attainment of Self-realisation, as we begin to see the world through the right vision of the Self. The vision of the Self does not see faults in anyone. When we start to view the world and people in it through this vision, everyone and every situation is seen without faults i.e. flawless. Moreover, we understand that people’s actions and words that I come in interaction with are all subject to karma, a result of our own past deeds. Following Self-realisation, as we learn to see things objectively, we understand that the person is not at fault, it is my own karma that is giving its result. By applying such right understanding, it is possible to revert from negative thinking and positively develop spiritually. rnThe wonder of Akram Vignan is that it turns a person on the side of the positive. This science allows one to remain in equanimity amidst fulfilment of our expectations or disappointment, rise or fall, happiness or unhappiness in life. This makes our life a life worth living.
