Spirituality Means Turning Towards The SoulrnOne who is on the path of spirituality may be seen rendering his worldly duties and obligations externally, but internally their sole desire remains that of ‘attaining the Soul’. And therefore, day and night, their mind is constantly devoted to the instruments that enable the attainment of the Pure Soul. These instruments introduce us to spirituality, give us the right knowledge (Gnan) that enables us to practically live a spiritual life with the right vision, and help us flourish to a stage where we actually attain the Absolute Soul. The Primary Instruments of Spirituality are the Enlightened One and His Enlightening WordsrnJust as only a lit candle can light another candle, similarly the Enlightened One alone can enlighten others’ Soul. Therefore, a Living Gnani (the Enlightened One), whose Soul is awakened, is required to awaken our Soul! When we find such Gnani, we must obtain the knowledge of the Self (Atma-Gnan, Self-Realization) from Him and follow His words. Gnani’s words are such, which when meditated upon and applied in our day-to-day life, they clear all the entanglements, instill right understanding in us and help bring forth meaningful results. Thereby one progresses on the path of spirituality, and one day, rises to a point where one attains the ‘Science’ i.e. the Absolute Soul! There is Nothing to be Done in SciencernWhen two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen get together, it automatically becomes water. This is because it is science; one does not have to do anything in it. Similarly, the property of the Absolute Soul too is to do nothing; its function is to only see and know everything, always! From The Moment One Adopts Spirituality... ...tension and worries leave; anger, pride, deceit and greed in him start reducing. And as one’s spiritual understanding grows, his fears and suffering decrease and peace reigns within. One who in real terms turns towards spirituality certainly finds this result because spirituality takes one towards the Soul. And ultimately, as one becomes free from all karmas, one attains the Science i.e. attains the stage of the Absolute Soul. Thereafter, there’s no suffering; it’s only the eternal bliss of the Soul that one experiences forever!! rnOn the Akram path, we directly attain Self-Realization (Atma-Gnan) with Gnani’s grace!!!rnIn just two hours’ time, we attain the experiential knowledge of the Self. This process is known as Gnanvidhi, which is totally hassle-free and completely free of cost too. In Gnanvidhi, we get the knowledge of really ‘who am I’; we get the right understanding, “I am not John (please insert your name here); I am a pure Soul.” The mind, speech and body are totally separate – they are made up of the element of matter and hence are managed by karmic account. But we are believing that, “I am doing.” Due to this wrong belief, we become one with the mind, speech body, intellect, ego, and therefore we remain involved with the karmic account baggage. In Gnanvidhi, our wrong belief gets fractured and the right belief sets in automatically, “who am I, what are my properties, what are my qualities, how I am separate from mind-speech and body, what is my function, how to keep awareness of pure Soul in this body.’ So, in Gnanvidhi, we are getting the knowledge of the real Self i.e. who am I and what are the temporary things in this body which are separate from my Self, I am permanent, all the rest is temporary, and how the two are separate’. Here, after Gnanvidhi, five cardinal principles are explained. These principles help us protect the right understanding, the right awareness. The knowledge of pure Soul that we get in Gnanvidhi is protected by the five principles because we have not yet finished our worldly karmic accounts (hectic schedules and demanding jobs are also karmic accounts only). So with help of the given five principles, we can keep awareness of pure Soul even in the midst of hectic schedules and demanding jobs, and we can finish all karmic accounts (including that of hectic schedules and demanding jobs) with equanimity. This is how the five principles help our awareness of pure Soul in the midst of any kind of circumstance; be it a hectic schedule or ample of free time, a life full of ordeals or a roller-coaster ride, Gnani’s grace helps us practically live a spiritual life.rnSo come, let’s go to the Enlightened One, attend Gnan-Vidhi (a two hours program that has no cost associated to it) and attain His grace!!!
