Exercising is beneficial for both body and brain fitness. Let’s face it; when you are in top notch physical form, you are able to think more clearly. You will be brimming with energy and self-confidence. When you are relaxed and endorphin, that is, the feel good hormone is released, you are able to put your brain to more use. Exercises increase blood flow to all parts of the body, and the brain is no exception. Try out different things everyday, exercise self affirmation. Never let your brain get used to doing the same things all over because it becomes redundant. All around you, there are new puzzles, new challenges, new games that you can take up to keep your brain working. Relax by taking recommended herbal teas. When you are relaxed in both body and mind, you are more able to tackle challenges that enhance your brain power. The good thing however, is that enhancing the power of your brain need not cost you anything.
