The Soul cannot be seen with physical eyes nor can it be completely described in words.rnNot being able to comprehend this subtlest and the most profound element in the Universe, which happens to be our own real form (the Self that we really are); we are surrounded by endless thoughts like, ‘What must be the Soul like? Is it in the form of light? If so, how is its illumination like?’ The true Vision of this Soul that transcends all imagination can be attained only through Gnani Purush, the Enlightened One, who has experienced the Soul. rnSo come, let’s get the answer to your question from the teachings of the Enlightened One... The Soul is in the Entire BodyrnThe Soul is fully covered by the body. Except for the nails and the hair that we usually cut, there is Soul in the entire body. If we prick a needle anywhere on the body and we experience pain, it means there is Soul there. Wherever pain is felt; there the Soul is present. Wherever there are feelings, we can find the SoulrnWhere there are sensations, there are emotions, there is knowledge of pain and happiness, where there is feeling, where there is growth, there is Soul there. rnThe feelings and sensations arise in the body, and not in Soul. However, the body cannot know the feeling, only the Soul can know. The Soul is an element made up of Knowledge and BlissrnThe Soul knows what all is happening. It understands the experience of pain and happiness. How does one know that, “This leg is aching and this one is not”? One may argue it is the nerve or that the brain knows. But who reads the brain? Brain is only an organ and it exists in a dead body too; but a dead body is not able to know anything. rnSo there is something else due to which we know and understand things. And that element is Soul, rnwhich when present in the body, a person is said to be living; and when it leaves the body, the same body is called a dead body; rnwhich when present in the body, a person is able to know things, and when it leaves the body, the same person is not able to know anything. rnThe inherent Nature of the Soul is not found in Anything else. The nature of Soul is Knowledge (Gnan) and Vision (Darshan). So, Knowledge and Vision are the innate qualities of the Soul. The inherent nature of the Soul is to continually know. That inherent nature of Knowing is not present in any inanimate thing. This attribute of Knowing does not exist in body. The inherent attribute of Knowing is that of the Soul only. ‘The Soul Is Nothing But Light’rnListening to this statement, one starts imagining that Soul may be like a bulb or a tube-light. No, it is not like that. Just like with the help of this light (of bulb) we can see and know what thing is what, similarly with the help of the Soul, we can see and know everything. This is just a simile; really Soul is much much more than this ordinary light. For instance, suppose you are in a pitch dark room. And there is a small hole in the wall where from the rays of sun enter the room. You can see dust particles floating in the area restricted to that beam of light only. Does it mean there are no dust particles anywhere else in the room? There are. Then why are they not to be seen?... because of darkness. So, when there is no light, one is unable to see, whereas in the presence of light, one can see things clearly as they are! Looking at the ray of light you would understand, 'Oh! The Sun has arisen.’ rnThe Soul is such a light which Enlightens itself as well as every Object that exists on Earth rnSuppose there’s a big photo on the wall. Can we see it if it is completely dark? No, but with the help of light, we can clearly see the photo, isn’t it? So, there are 3 things: 1. Light, 2. our self, and 3. photo. Just like in the light of the bulb, the photo can be seen and we recognize it; similarly, in the light of the Soul, the thoughts arising in the mind can be seen and we read it. The Soul is such a light which enlightens itself as well as every object that exists on Earth. Unlike the light of the bulb, in the light of the Soul, there is infinite happiness! The Significance of Soul’s lightrnSay, there is pitch darkness in your home. How will you feel? You will have clashes with chair, table, etc. And what will happen if you have full light in your room? If you have full light, there will not be any clash, there will not be any suffering, there will not be any worries, no doubts, no stress! With full light, you feel happiness and your close relatives also will feel happiness. This is what we experience in the light of the Soul. This Soul is full of infinite Knowledge and infinite Vision, but it is currently Covered with IgnorancernThe Soul has infinite knowledge, but it has always been covered with karmas. As and when some layer(s) of ignorance (darkness) breaks, that much Knowledge (light) gets exposed (in worldly life)! For instance, if you place a 1000 watts bulb inside a pot and seal it completely, then not a single ray of light will come out of the pot. Now, if you put one hole in the pot, one ray of light will come out. In the same way, the light of the Soul comes out through one sense and it is called a one-sense creature. When another hole opens, it is like a two-sense creature. Inside, the Soul is complete; its light (knowledge) is full. But there are so many covers on it that the light does not come out. When we attain Self-Realization, we attain Awareness of the Soul. Here (in Akram Vignan), through the scientific experiment of separation of ‘I’ and ‘My’, Gnani Purush breaks those layers of ignorance and the direct light of the Soul starts. And through that direct light, you can experience your Soul. One thing we must understand - the experience of the pure Soul does not mean you will see some lights, feel some vibrations, fountains of happiness spring within, etc. That’s not a real experience. Experience of pure Soul means you can feel separation with John (please insert your name here). And with a more clear idea, you can see the faults of John. The Experience of the pure Soul (attained upon Self-Realization) is unclear and indistinct. Thereafter, our Effort to attain a clear and distinct experience of the pure Soul begins! How?? Let’s see…rnSometimes John may get angry at somebody. You can watch, ‘Oh this is with John. He has become angry at somebody. This is wrong.’ So when you find out the mistakes of John, at that time you are in pure Soul. And you can see everybody as innocent with the flawless vision (of the Soul that Gnani graces us with during Self-Realization). John had made some mistakes (in the past). That’s why (as a result) he is suffering for that mistake. Others are just one of the evidence for giving the result of our mistake. When you see John’s mistakes in this manner, it means you are in the pure Soul. Thus, our search for Soul ends when we happen to meet this Living Gnani, who first breaks our veils of ignorance of the Self and enlightens our Soul, and thereafter through His enlightening words, helps break all kinds of mistakes caused due to the ignorance we’ve collected over innumerable lifetimes,so that the effulgence of our Soul illuminates the entire Universe!!! Healing rarely looks like we think it will. It’s messier, slower, and much more sacred. Some events split life into before and after. A sudden loss. A betrayal. An illness you didn’t see coming. Trauma feels like a storm that tears down the walls you thought were unshakable. But beneath the wreckage, something else waits. Something you might not expect. With time, and sometimes with the right sacred guidance, the very thing that broke you open can also become what awakens yo

Umrah is a privilege only the chosen ones are blessed with. Umrah is one of the most admired forms of worship even though it is not obligatory in Islam.
