How Do Blogs work or How Do I Blog are the most common questions asked these days. A number of friends and relatives have asked me the same question over and over again. Thanks to the Internet, the "Blogging" World has exploded like a huge bubble and all of a sudden everyone has found a place to share their thoughts with others and even comment on the World events, with a lot of liberty and freedom. In fact, "blogging" has provided a gigantic platform towards personal expression and Freedom of Speech.
Whenever this question, How Do Blogs work has been asked from me, it normally had two connotations. The first one can be rephrased as How do I blog? while the second one means "What should I post on my existing blog?" In this article, I shall only be covering the first version of the questio

Here are a few ideas for your personal blog. Follow the under mentioned steps and get blogging straight away easily:-
Decide which Blogging Platform you want to Use. As a starter, I would recommend that you should make your blog on one of the free blogging platforms like Blogger.com, WordPress.com (Word Press is the system we use here at The Empower Network) or Tumblr.com. Blogger.com is one of the best free blogging platforms as it is managed by Team Google.
Create a Free Account. Take a minute and make a free account at one of the free blogging platforms. If you have a Gmail Account, you can simply sign in to Blogger.com using the same credentials.
Choose a Blog Template. All these platforms have magnificent, ready-made blog templates available for you to choose from. While choosing the template, keep the niche of your blog in mind. For example, if you want to blog about gardening, a greener template depicting grass or plants would be a better choice than a pink one.
Add Some Gadgets, Buttons, Images, etc on your Blog. You can add new buttons from the Dashboard of your blog account. Adding new gadgets, buttons, maps, site counter, etc is very simple and they will give life and color to your blog. You can visit other blogs to see what types of gadgets have been added there.
Customize Your Blog Settings. Customizing your blog settings will help you in sharing your content with the right people. You can share your content with everyone on the planet by keeping it Public or you can keep it private and restrict the number of people that read your blog. By keeping it Private, you can also use your blog as a Daily Diary. how do blogs workr
Make some Posts on the Blog. Share some thoughts on your blog. You can make new posts from the Blog Dashboard. Adding pictures or videos should not be a problem if you know how to attach a picture with an email. It's as simple as that.
Publish your Blogging. Now that your blog is all set to be launched, don't forget to hit the "Publish" button. Your blog will instantly be shared with the World.
Get some Traffic on your Blog. After publishing your blog, you need to inform your friends and fellow bloggers that you have made a blog, where they can visit and leave their comments. You should send them a URL to your blog as well. Also post to your Facebook page.
You can make a blogging post of any topic or subject thinkable. It can vary from hobbies to current affairs, gardening to FIFA World Cup 2014, and technology to making money online. So don't just plan to start a blog, act now and share your thoughts with the World...
