Supply chain is a network chain covering information, logistics, capital controls, buying raw materials, making intermediate products and final products, and then the products could be sold to consumers through sales network.
So the supply chain includes suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and terminal consumers.
Good e-business environment should be considered from the point of view of supply chains, covering purchasing, manufacturing, sales, storage, delivery processes, in order to control the cost across the board.
Currently, most foreign trade enterprises focused on sales modules, they should cooperate with other departments in supply chain to build a complete purchase module, payment module; and implement enterprises manufacturing, selling and storing information sharing.
Network brand is to create an identifiable brand or trademark in e-business environment based on the big platform---internet.
Network brand could attract more potential customers in the internet world, and network brand could offer a guideline for customers to distinguish business information on the e-business platforms.
As for SMEs, creating network brand need a clear target positioning, to find target customers who may consume the products or use the services. SMEs could make branding strategy according to different target customers groups to manage customers’ relation. Network brand need clear consumer’s demand and the consumers will know how they can benefit from it.
Effective network marketing method is the basic measurement to establish a network brand. For example, they could cooperate with social network websites to promote the enterprise brand where target customers may gather. They could also make their own e-magazine or electronic publication as well as registering domain name or trademark with enterprises names. They can utilize search engine to increase exposure of the enterprise websites.
