The biggest challenge to invest in pre-foreclosures is to find them. When I am talking about the pre-closing, I refer to the period before the default notice is filed. It is clear that it will be difficult because the disaster situation is not publicly known. The key finding them at this early stage to use their detective skills to find clues that might indicate distress. You have a simple systematic scheme to gather information. First to look at the classifieds ads in the newspapers. Pay special attention to broker advertising in certain product descriptions. Motivated sellers to use descriptive words such as is sold under the market, according to assessment of property for rent, lease option, take over payments, divorce, illness, death of the owner to carry out, motivated seller, and nothing down. Do not be afraid to pick up the phone and ask about the property that it appears to have potential. Socializing with the neighbors, they are a good source of information, because what happens to the neighboring houses. Find a pre-closing process can be some work, but it may pay you a nice profit for the end.
