Foods that are whole carbohydrates are the best in aid of fast fat loss, such as brown rice, whole grain pasta, and oats.rnKnowing how weight loss plans work; and how they create this negative balance; allows us to better choose a plan that is more compatible with our lifestyles and attitudes. In examining how weight loss plans work; we find the following different types of programs:rn1. Calorie counting. This is the age old method of losing weight; and the one least likely to succeed. With these diets we literally count every calorie eaten; making sure to stay below a certain threshold. Combining cardio, strength and resistance trainings are good but usually for persons who want to hit the desired goal for a short period of time, over exercising is usually done by combining the 3 trainings and the duration, sets and frequency of those are forces even if the body is too weak. Ideally, the exercises are done 3-5 days only, but for a FAST weight loss, it is done one week straight without any rest at all.
