In this article we want to bring out the importance of daily planning & monitoring for a project to be in control. No 1. The daily tasks should be a subset of a larger plan which again should have been broken down from a goal you have for your project (any project). No 2. Create a To Do list for the day on the previous day end No 3. This to do should have activities for the day, whatever you can complete with a bit of stretching(don't make it too easy). Have a column for Activities completed Yes/ No(Reasons for non completion, which is the lessons learned ). Mention potential risks & how they will be tackled. No 4. Morning of the day conduct a stand up meeting with each trade presenting their lists as above, to promote collaboration, which is vital. No 5. Learn lessons from non complete activities, include in next day's list & keep going with this cycle. Visit http://pmw.net.corn, get “Free Troubleshooting tips” for your project! Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old?
