You also need to keep in mind that when it comes to your internal organs, stress can effect your brain. People who are experiencing undue stress are more prone to end up suffering from depression and other brain related ailments or disorders.
Your digestive system can also be impaired as the result of stress. The reality is that there is a variety of different ailments and conditions of the digestive system that can result from undue stress in your life. Some of these ailments and conditions can turn out to be very serious.
Stress can effect the human body – your body – in a number of other ways as well. For example, if you experience undue and unregulated stress over a more extended period of time, your skin can end up permanently damaged. Stress really does cause a person's skin to begin to age prematurely.
In the final analysis, if you really do want to be live a long, healthy and happy life it is important that you develop appropriate techniques through which you can manage and control stress in your life.
