In addition, a good leader encourages taking action on the vision stated by employing strategic ways to effectively direct an organization. Experts believed that a good leader is influenced by the culture the leader belongs to, as well as the importance of highly valuing ethical concern. Ethical leadership promotes professionalism at work and activities are carried out properly without any discrimination, intimidation or hypocrisy throughout the organization to achieve success. This is a type of leadership that includes the manner in leading, which emphasizes in respecting the rights and dignity of people in the organization. This concentrates more on how leaders should utilize their social power in decision making, engaging actions and ways or processes, to influence other people. This kind of leadership will allow the leaders to show ethical values in terms of putting a high level of integrity, which is very essential for invigorating a sense of a trustworthy leader. This attitude of a leader is very significant for the subordinates to accept the leader's vision. These are the entities that are very imperative and efficient in leading ethically. The leaders who are ethical can deal with different types of people. They are fully aware that whatever decisions that they are going to make will create a great impact towards others. They will use their social power for something good rather than being selfish in serving their own interests. The quality of the leader's attitude and integrity give the foundation of the personal characteristics that influence their ethical beliefs, decisions and values. A leader who works with ethical values holds importance in considering that his or her decision making will have an impact on people working for him or her. Ethical leaders motivate their subordinates to put the needs or the greater interests of the organization first before their own. Motivating followers comprises in involving others in an emotional and intellectual dedication between leaders and subordinates that makes the two sides equally responsible for the search of common goal. Ethical leadership is very essential in organizations. The leaders in businesses need to create decisions that will not only give them advantages but as well as benefits the greater number of people. They should consider the impact that their decisions will affect to their followers. In order for your followers to be motivated you need to work with them and let them know that they are important, and they matter. This is how ethical leaders work. He or she should not be concerned on his or her own welfare but the welfare of the majority. Nowadays, the existence of ethical leaders is rare. It takes passion, determination and a lot of effort to be a good leader. However, once you have molded this character within you, you will find true wealth and happiness in life.
