Consuming a vegetarian diet reduces the risk of succumbing to heart disease. Other chronic illnesses namely, Diabetes, Kidney stones, Gallstones and cholesterol is thwarted. There is a need to incorporate fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. This need is a necessity because the human body loses strength and nutrient every minute. Nutrients are lost in the form of sweat and stress squeezes out every ounce of strength in the human body. In order to atone for the lost nutrients it is important to eat green leafy vegetables. It is a myth that only meaty treats provide proteins. Vegetarian items like Tofu, lentils, beans, soya milk etc are also rich sources of proteins. You can consume these items and regulate the protein intake of the body. Adding fish oil and other similar ingredients in your daily diet also helps in regulating the nutritional cunt of your body. Fish oil has copious amount of Omega 3 fatty acids. These fatty acids produce antioxidants which are helpful to the human body. Fish extracts have always been considered as natural remedies to alleviate pain and joint aches in the days of yore. The older generation adopted traditional medical approaches instead of modern medications. Therefore, Cod fish extracts have become pre-requisite ingredients of traditional meals.
