After I quit my job in July 2017, I had the chance to go back to full time job or earn my living through freelancing. Since I wanted to spend more time with my son, I decided to choose the latter. I got myself enrolled as an expert with online assignment writing companies and started helping college students with their management assignments. Given the fact I was devoting only around 4-5 hours daily, I was pretty satisfied with the kind of money I was making. It was sufficient enough to take care of my family expenses. But then somewhere around early September, I came to know about Skill Assessment for Australia. When I further dug in, I realized there is a huge market for professionals who could do college assignment help . Since at a broad level it was similar kind of work which I was doing as a freelancer, I decided to dig even deeper. I wanted to understand what constitutes the report, how does a customer find such a service, who all are the competitors, how does the pricing work etc. To find each of these answers, I decided to pose myself as a customer and contact other companies. Finally after 20 days of extensive research, I decided to give it a shot and hence microeconomics assignment help was born. Since no special functionality was required, I decided to use Wordpress as the CMS. Not only it kept the development cost low but also allowed for faster turnaround. But just creating a website doesn’t bring in business. It needs to be marketed and marketed well. Since I didn’t have too much financial bandwidth to spend on paid advertising, I decided to look out for platforms where I could find my target audience and I found Quora to be a good fit. I saw that there were lots of questions being asked on assignment. So just to get the word out, I started answering those questions. And boy! It did work wonders for us. On a daily basis, we got around 4-5 leads from Quora! Can you believe that? rnWe were over the moon as I had always learnt that the most difficult part in any online business is to get leads. And once sufficient leads are there, then everything is taken care of. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. We were not able to convert even one lead for a week’s time. It was driving me nuts to figure out where were we going wrong. And then just like an epiphany, it struck me that probably we were rushing too fast into the sales. The lead first needed to be nurtured. Therefore we took these simple steps to nurture the lead - We started a series of mail which goes out to anyone who fills up the form. The purpose of this mail series is to generate trust and show the success stories of the assignment writers we have assembled.rnRegular phone calls to help potential client with any query he might have.rnNever push the selling aspect of the service. Always assume the role of a mentor By doing these 3 simple steps, we saw our conversions go through the roof. One week prior to this change we couldn’t convert anything out of 30 odd leads whereas after implementing this process, our conversion went up-to 25%. And the good part is that it is consistent since then. Now we are converting on an average 1.5 leads everyday and clocking in $300 revenue every single day. We closed November at $11000, December at $8000 and are on ARR of $100K. The best part about all of this is not the money but the flexibility I still have. I still get enough time to play with my son; I still get enough time to attend to my family. And none of it could have been possible if I had decided to stay in the job.
