As a leader, your duties and responsibilities cannot be conclusively spelt out in the contract of employment because you will be required to undertake an array of activities which fall within your mandate. You will have to look for pragmatic and acceptable solutions to the various problems which will be brought to you everyday. Leadership helps individuals assess their mind power depending on how they successfully accommodate and deal with the various human interests and needs of the people who are below or above the authority of the leader. Power of the mind is everything! You will find it easy to discharge your daily duties and responsibilities if you have it. Even if you dot have it naturally you can learn how to acquire it if you read materials on the laws of attraction. You must see what most psychologists and leadership experts refer to as the’ big picture’ and inspire your seniors, equals and juniors for the success of that which you lead. People can only deliver in a place where they are free to express their feelings; you should never put people under the fear of victimization or vindication for commenting, airing their views and opinions or for criticizing the management which you are part of. Inspirational leadership helps move your personal relationships with every member of the team you manage or work with. As people interact and coexist well in their respective places of work, they move the entity towards success and that is why leaders should use their natural and acquired power of mind to inspire their subjects. Inspiring means encouraging every person at individual level and create opportunities for each one so as to cooperate with others and work as a team. As every individual puts maximum effort to deliver the best possible on its part, the results become better. You must be able to read the hopes and dreams in the sub conscious mind of the person you want to inspire. The tool and secret of having inspiring leadership is that your mind should be more powerful than most of the people you lead. They should have faith in you and see you as and icon and a solution to their problems. Your solutions must be acceptable to all those who seek them and must above all bear fruits in the long run. You must inspire and not discourage people even when their chances of success in a particular issue are minimal or none. After reading the needs and interests of each and every individual, you inspire people by creating opportunities which most people do not see or do not believe can bring any difference. Successful and effective leaders who have realized great success in leadership mostly state in their interviews and publications that giving mentorship opportunities to teachers or trainers, planners and strategy developers of your team is the best weapon to inspiring. This type of leadership helps every one feel free and realizes and appreciates the best potential of every one whose service is required.
