How IoT is changing the cybersecurity scenario these days?
As we are already aware of the fact that IoT is ruling the roast in the technological world that we are witnessing these days. There are numerous Internet of Things Companies that have been successfully ruling in the market and have been liked by the people. More upcoming entrepreneurs are always looking for the ideas to get inspired from the established people and companies. It is always a great thought to get inspired from the giants in the market as following them in the right way with the correct attitude helps to create something of equal level or even a better idea can strike your mind which can be a very successful startup as well.
IoT is basically defined with the word Connectivity as it had become the rage these days to keep connected with the devices easily so that there is not much hassle but ease of doing all the tasks so that much of the time is saved by the user of the devices, gadgets which are more or less connected to the smartphone apps or Apple watches. Talking about the next level application of IoT, cybersecurity seems to be the next thing that will be definitely influenced by IoT.
Why is Cybersecurity needed in the IT world?
With so many breach of data cases happening around the world, here arises the need to make cybersecurity even more tighter. This is even more better with IoT technology as devices are connected with each other easily. It is expected that the authorities will have spent around $100 by 2018 in US alone. No doubt, there are advancements and technological innovations in the cybersecurity arena, but, it is claimed that despite of all the advancements, cyber crimes will reach the peak. To add to the facts, it can be said that traditional security solutions will no longer work in the near future where there are so many new innovative technologies that the hackers are using these days. As the unmanaged and insecure devices are increasing these days, the percentage of cyber crimes are increasing unprecedentedly.
The security game is completely changed these days. The experts are preparing themselves for all the future threats that will rock the waters of the secure ships. In this, all they need is to change the mindset and tools as their tools until now were completely degraded as they were not able to control the things that were happening in the IT sphere especially. We see hundreds and thousands of Internet of Things Companies entering into the market today either creating apps or gadgets which increases the connectivity of the people with each other. But, with connectivity comes the ever increasing risks, threats and dangers of breaching the security of the devices that are involved in IoT technology.
Phishing as opposed to claimed training for security:
Why is the percentage of dangers in the use of the IoT connected devices is increasing is really unfortunate. Most of the awareness campaigns fail and the people using IoT technology are not even aware that their devices are insecure. There has been much discussion about the effectiveness or weakness of the safest chain in terms of the success rate of security and education training.
However, in times of increasing social attacks and uncontrolled/ unmanaged devices, there is no doubt that using human strategies is not completely effective. This is also confirmed by a recent PhishMe report- because 80% of the devices are still at the risk.
It just takes a single click on the link to download the malware on the device which seriously calls for major security calls. Humans are definitely not always aware of what they are exposed to and what all possibilities are held with them.
Major loopholes in the IoT technology that should be taken care:
Today, employees are generating revenue through connected devices. Thanks to its practicality and convenience, IoT devices can be in companies (business offices, hospitals, power plants, production facilities, etc.). Recently, 82% of corporate customers have been found to use Amazon Echo device. No doubt that this device or other devices like these make the tasks simple and save a lot of time of the users and they can utilise that time in their other important works. Of course, the IoT technology here created by the Internet of Things Companies transmit the information and data but most of the users are not even aware of the risks that are associated with the usage. Amazon is a giant company, that takes complete care of the security of the users.
My own research recently reported on Amazon Echo is exposed to airborne attacks. Amazon has fixed this vulnerability, but an observation shows that infected devices can leak confidential information.Article author

What to Consider When Adopting Multi-Tenancy in Kubernetes?
Organizations are starting to scale their cloud native operations. And as they do, the inefficiency of managing dozens of isolated clusters has become an evident problem. As the clusters continue to sprawl, businesses must unite diverse workloads onto shared infrastructure. This is because companies need better resource utilization and centralized governance among other things. But it is imperative to remember that going from a single tenant to a multi-tenant environment need

Why Modern Facilities Rely on Environmental Monitoring and Remote Temperature Probes for Compliance and Control
In today’s regulated and data-driven environments, organizations are under constant pressure to ensure that temperature and environmental conditions remain within defined limits. Even small fluctuations can result in product loss, compliance violations, or operational downtime. As a result, many facilities are moving away from manual checks and standalone sensors and adopting comprehensive environmental monitoring solutions instead. An environmental monitor provides rea

Role of Data Warehousing in Ensuring Data Quality and Consistency
Organizations have come to rely heavily on large amounts of data in today's competitive markets. But to what end? For starters, to inform strategic decisions and power machine learning models. It goes without saying that the value of these digital assets is completely dependent on the accuracy of the underlying data. So, when data is fragmented or inconsistent across departments, you will obviously have inaccurate reporting and operational inefficiencies at your hands. This c
