We get it, there are a lot of deadlines to keep track of when planning a wedding. From meeting with caterers, to booking your venue, to scheduling a photographer, there are many things that you have on your plate. The last thing you want to do is run out of time when shopping for important wedding apparel. Scheduling an Appointment:rnThis is the first step to finding the wedding dresses of your dreams. Calling to schedule an appointment will ensure that you have a private fitting room perfect for you and your guests. Most appointments take about 90 minutes. It is important to plan your day accordingly so that can take the time to enjoy the experience and aren’t rushing out the door to the next thing. Give yourself time, you will find that you may need the full 90 minutes! Ordering Your Wedding Gown:rnMost of our bridal gowns take about 4 to 6 months to arrive in out boutique. We suggest ordering your mermaid wedding dresses at least 8 to 9 months out to ensure that you get the best alteration experience possible and feel 100% confident in the fit of your gown. Please allow at least 3 months for alterations. We suggest starting alterations approximately 3 months before your wedding, that way you get the most accurate fit at the closest time to your big day. Ordering Bridesmaid Gowns:rnPlease allow at least 2 to 4 months for delivery. We recommend that you get all of your bridesmaids in the boutique or have them call with their measurements and payments at least 5 months before your wedding. Because we order all of the dresses together, it is important that all of the orders are in before we can send the final order. If your bridesmaids need alterations, please allow at least 6 weeks and 2 fittings to make sure that the gowns fit perfectly! Ordering Flower Girl Dresses:rnAllow at least 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Some of our designers can get the dresses in sooner depending on what they have available in stock at that time. During your appointment, we will look up those details for you to make sure that the dresses arrive on time. Allow at least 4 weeks for alterations. Most flower girl alterations are relatively quick and simple, but ensuring at least a month will make the process as effortless as possible. Ordering Accessories: rnWhen it comes to veils and accessories, please allow between 4 to 8 weeks for the pieces to arrive. The lead times differ between designers, but most accessory designers that we carry will arrive within the 4 to 8 week time slot.
