How many times we have done a regime drastic, to lose weight and the short time once again be equal? The feeling of powerlessness and despair is huge. To that is called the effect Yo-Yo. Recovers everything lost.
Then, what would have to do to keep after losing weight?
There are some guidelines, so that this does not happen and able to say that this diet, to lose weight has worked:
