A stream of Well-Being is constantly flowing to you and your only job is to let it in. Well-Being abounds. This is a Universe of Well-Being. As a physical manifestation of Source Energy, you have direct access to the boundless wellspring of Well-Being. You are not separate or alone. You ARE Source Energy. When you know this, you are fully empowered to be and do and have whatever you desire. The question then becomes: How Much Well-Being Will You Allow Today? How much vitality, amazement, and joy will you allow yourself to experience? How open are you to the inexhaustible Life Force Energy of the Universe? To allow more Well-Being to flow into your life, all you need to do is strengthen your connection to Source Energy. To feel outrageous joy and live as the Master of the Universe that you truly are, you need only to keep the connection to Well-Being open. Well-Being is: * a sensation of inner bliss * a state of oneness with the Cosmos * a feeling of being in sync, connected to the juice * an awareness of your full empowerment You Live in an Ocean of Well-Being. When you open the channel and release resistant thoughts that hold you apart from the realization of your desires, you keep the Energy stream flowing freely and are thus able to enjoy vibrant good health, fulfilling relationships, meaningful work, amazing prosperity -- anything and everything you desire. To get an indication of the amount of Source Energy you are allowing to flow to you and through you, check in with your emotional guidance system. Tune in to your thoughts and feelings. When you feel good, you're in a state of allowing. High vibrations such as joy and appreciation open the channel to Well-Being while low vibrations such as blaming and complaining close it off. Harmonize with Source Energy by choosing thoughts of Well-Being. Ask yourself: Does this thought allow or restrict the flow of Well-Being into my Life? Every Day's a Holiday. Mae West was right. Every day is a holiday when you're living true to yourself, following your bliss and milking each moment for all the joy it can bring. You can enjoy every moment of your life. You can stop postponing joy until... until the kids are grown / until you have enough money / until you meet your soul mate / until you have the job you love / until... As you let in more of the good stuff, there is no limit to the joy you can feel, the wonders you can experience, the amazing circumstances you can create for yourself and others. Soon, you will be amazed at how ecstatically happy you have become. And this high frequency vibe can only bring more happiness and greater good fortune, literally as much as you can stand. When you keep your channel to Well-Being wide open, joy and confidence will be your constant companions. Strengthen your connection to Well-Being by: * breathing deeply and relaxing into a feeling that All is Well * visualizing your Life just the way you want it to be * deciding to feel joy and appreciation no matter what * reminding yourself that you are absolutely and eternally wonderful and worthy of all good things * remembering that it's YOUR Life and that you can be and do and have whatever you desire. Choose thoughts, words and actions that make you feel good and continue to strengthen your connection to Well-Being. So, How much Well-Being will you allow today?
