"I do believe in spooks! I do believe in spooks!" Remember that classic line in the Wizard of Oz, when the Cowardly Lion affirms over and over again, "I do believe in spooks! I do believe in spooks!" Look at what he attracted. Who says fear isn't good for something? Well I guess it depends on what 'something' you are looking for because that fear and doubt is bringing many fearful and doubtful situations your way via the Law of Attraction.

Have you ever stopped to think what fear can do for you? Of course it delivers the normal expectations; rapid heartbeat, sweating, worry, doubt, regret, more fear, crying -- and all for what? More fearful situations.

Fear is an intense emotion that can paralyze even the strongest of people. But what does it do for you? Does fearing a situation make it come to you that much faster? Does fearing do anything but create more to fear? It doesn't. Fear does nothing but bring you more of the situation that you are afraid of. Being afraid does nothing for you and it is high time that you take a look at releasing fear out of your life. Fear doesn't cause anyone to make great decisions, only rash ones. Fear confuses the situation. Fear causes you to not think clearly and then take a path that you never intended to take. So why hang onto fear, let alone doubt or worry? There is nothing it can do for you.

The best thing you can do is face fear. What would be the worst case scenario in your fear thoughts? Once you find the scenario become comfortable with the fact that it may never happen but if it does, know that you thought it out already, and so what? You are fine. You went down the road of what you fear and you are still here. Get rid of the fear so that you can live life minus the dark cloud over your head. You don't have to worry. You don't. Worry brings you more worry. If your mind wanders back to worry then face the worry and ask yourself, "What will happen if I don't worry? Will it be better for me? Will I think clearer without the worry?"

By focusing on the solution and not the problem you will begin to see hope. Solutions have hope and answers for you whereas problems have fear, doubt, worry, and chaotic possibilities for you that usually don't work out.

Begin right now. Think of a circumstance that you are worrying about or fear. What is the worst that could happen? Now that you know, you can do something about it. Now begin to think about what you can do about it? Can you really do something about your circumstance? If it is something that is out of your control then begin to focus on how you want it to turn out. Focus on the hope in the situation. See what you want it to be and release it to the Universe with full trust that the Universe will take care of it for you. Where's the fear in that? There isn't any because now you are focusing on the solution. Even if you don't know the answer, you are giving it over to the Universe to help you. When you do that, your fearful feelings change to ones of trust and hope and that is what will come back to you through the Law of Attraction.

Fear, doubt, and worry are nothing unless you make them bigger than they are. Change the fear, doubt, and worry into trust, hope, and solutions through the Law of Attraction.
