How the universe can help you get all you desire in life

Previously, we have talked about affirmations, and building new habits to help you to get all you want, be everything you want to be and enjoy life the way you want to.

But there is another factor that you need to consider before beginning your journey…. The universe!

The universe is an extremely important part of this when you are trying to attract and get everything you want, and no matter what it is you will be asking the universe for it, however you choose to do it, the universe will respond.

When you say affirmations, you are not only changing your mind-set, you are also asking the universe to make the things that you want a reality.

“Thought = creation. If these thoughts are attached to powerful emotions (good or bad) that speeds the creation”

You have heard of the Law of Attraction right? Well this is what you are using when you ask the universe for what you want. Here’s a brief guide to how it works:

1. Be sure about what it is that you want to attract and don’t doubt yourself.

2. Close your eyes, ask for what you want and visualize already having it.

3. Write your wishes down… start with “I am so happy and grateful now that…..” Use this as an affirmation that you can say every day.

4. Feel the way you will now after receiving your wish, you must act, speak and think as if you are receiving now.

5. Trust the universe.

Before you begin with the law of attraction, here are a few things that you may find useful:

The less negative thoughts you have in your head the quicker your desires will become your realityr
Don’t worry if you have the odd few fleeting negative thought, one negative thought will not undo all you have done when you repeat your affirmations.

Don’t worry if you forget to visualise for one day, it is easily done, and it does not mean that your desires will be forgotten.

The law of attraction is an extremely powerful natural law, that works all around us whether we are aware of it or not. The saying “like attracts like” comes from the Universe, whatever is going on in your mind is what you are attracting.
The law of attraction never stops working.

For instance, you probably know some people who are really positive and some really negative…. What do they attract? If you think about it … the positive people receive positive things into their lives and the negative people? Negative things. It really is as simple as that!
