There are so many things around you that could distract you. You might actually have something to do at this moment but once you start doing something else you never stop until you get it done even though you aren't working on the task that you are supposed to work on.rnDistraction can ruin your entire life within seconds depending on the responsibility you have. If you are driving a car and you got distracted, the chance of having an accident increases.rnAnd distraction happens in many ways. Sometimes you are not interested in what you are doing, stressed out or even not feeling like doing your job and sometimes you get distracted because something else gets your attention.rnTheoretically speaking, there is always a solution to any and every given problem. If you are listening to a playlist while reading, there is a chance that you will get distracted because one song does not fit with the rest of the list and what happens afterwards is that you either get distracted with the song or start singing along and not everybody has the ability to multitask. Eventually, you find yourself getting confused and going back to read the pages you have passed during your extended moment of distraction. You can stop yourself from getting distracted by giving yourself a reason to get the job done. For starters, if you are going to be something you know you do not want to do, then you should give yourself enough motivation to get it done. If you have a good reason to do the thing you are doing, then you will finish it without distraction but while your mind is busy of what you will do right after that or how the result might come out.rnSet the right playlist to keep you working, make yourself a cup of coffee and change your place often if you are going to fall asleep on the job. Keep reminding yourself of what happens after or keep a thought on your mind on what you would be able to do or what you want to do after that. If you are working on a specific task for someone, remind yourself of why you are doing it when you feel lazy and not willing to work. However, for the accidents where you lose attention because something happened, there are very few people who are capable of paying attention to both actions at the same time and whether you are or you are not one of them, credit should not be taken away from you.rnAs long as you are trying hard enough to achieve the job then you are on the right track and if something happened along the way that caught your attention and created a problem, then you should not blame yourself for that. Although there are ways you could isolate yourself and pay attention but that is too extreme.rnAs long as you are willing to do this or that then even distraction will not shake your willingness.
