How to Avoid the Flu Shot

Yes, yes, it’s the flu season and every newscaster is warning “this may be the worst flu season; it’s hitting some areas early and hard.” Look it up. This is what they say. They said the same thing last year and the year before. They’ll say it next year. Same words. Watch for it as early as October but for sure by January.

Years ago when people got the flu, they were in bed for a day or two, rested, didn’t eat much (which for most people was a good thing because of what they usually ate), drank only water, didn’t add the stress of their normal days, and got back to real life without any problems. They had fever, chills, runny nose, sore throat, a hacking cough, muscle aches, fatigue, and didn’t have an appetite. Sounds like a serious detox remedy, hmmm. Could it be that the flu virus caused the body to turn up the immune system; the T and B cells, the eosinophils, the monocytes from a suppressed state into real action?

Today we’re afraid of the virus and rightly so only because of microbial mutations caused by antibiotics prescribed and added to the foods we eat today. But do you realize the complexity of the human immune system? The immune system has more functions than we understand today like the sympathetic activation of the lymphocytes, the way the compliment system functions, the cytokine activity, how the memory of the immune system works, and the targeted action of killer T cells. You don’t have to know about immunology but your body sure does.

What about all those thousands of people who die from influenza virus? Rare. Ask the real experts, they’ll tell you the truth. Mr. Television reporter gets his information from some other outfit that wants to downplay your own body and ask you to give it up for a shot.

You give your body no respect. You eat bad food, don’t drink water, live with stress, don’t exercise, don’t sleep well; of course you need the flu shot. But before you roll up your sleeve please do your homework about what you are about you are injecting directly into your veins.

Here are several other examples showing that flu vaccines do not work for any age group:
A study published in the October 2008 issue of the Archives of Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine found that vaccinating young children against the flu had no impact on flu-related hospitalizations or doctor visits during two recent flu seasons. The researchers concluded that "significant influenza vaccine effectiveness could not be demonstrated for any season, age, or setting" examined.
A 2008 study published in the Lancet found that influenza vaccination was NOT associated with a reduced risk of pneumonia in older people. This also supports an earlier study, published in The New England journal of Medicine.
Research published in the American journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine also confirms that there has been no decrease in deaths from influenza and pneumonia in the elderly, despite the fact that vaccination coverage among the elderly has increased from 15 percent in 1980 to 65 percent now.
In 2007, researchers with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and the National Institutes of Health published this conclusion in the Lancet Infectious Diseases:
“We conclude that frailty selection bias and use of non-specific endpoints such as all-cause mortality, have led cohort studies to greatly exaggerate vaccine benefits.”
Now I know you’re going to be riled up about this but read these. Better yet, do your own study on how ineffective your vaccines really are.

But the worst part about flu shots should cause you to tremble. Go to the CDC website and look at the ingredients. Here, http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/parents/vaccine-decision/ingredients.html. Now, you can’t tell me that all of these are good for you, can you? Really? And you want these in your body--why?

Toxins. That’s what you’re getting. Toxins that cause irreversible damage to your nervous and immune systems. They are listed in the CDC list of influenza vaccine ingredients that you will have to look up.

Another thing; this year we are witnessing people being fired from their jobs for not accepting the flu vaccine. Insane. Now a health choice becomes a legal matter. How is that constitutional? You’re going to have to have your lawyer draw up an affidavit that states that any health problem that develops from the flu vaccine is on the onus of the institution. That they will be held liable. I’d call your lawyer soon.

The biggest problem though is we are brainwashed every year to hand over our bodies instead of taking care of ourselves better. Do you know your gastrointestinal system is the seat of your immune system? You have immense control over your immune system by what you eat and all the other things mentioned above. The human body is the most complex, coordinated, intelligent system in this known universe. Give yourself more respect. You’d think that we’d spend billions of dollars actually working with it instead of against it. You’d think that we’d be far healthier in the 21st century. You’d think we’d be taking less drugs, living well into old age without hint of chronic disease.

But this flu season is starting early and going to hit hard.
